K.D., Homemaker

I have had chronic back pain for 15 years. Starting back in 1987 with a ruptured disc between L4 and L5. I had physical therapy at that time and it ruptured again in 1989 leaving me with constant pain. My surgeon suggested a spinal fusion in 1993. I rejected that idea because of the odds.

I tried numerous physical therapies, acupuncture, spinal injections, chiropractic manipulations to relieve the pain. I even thought about Rolfing back in the early 90's but people discouraged me. It was my last hope before committing to surgery. After 10 sessions, I am pain free! Now, I am working with Kathleen on post 10 sessions. I highly recommend Rolfing.
